Hashbrown Casserole

I may end up with a couple of recipe's posted for Hashbrown Casserole, but this is the only one I've tried so far.
This Hashbrown Casserole recipe I tried I pulled from AllRecipes.com and it was very easy!

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole Ingredients:
1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray one 9x13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, butter, salt, pepper, onions, soup and cheese. Gently mix and pour into prepared pan or dish. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.

Good luck and happy cooking! Thanks to User: MARBALET on AllRecipes.com

Arkansas Green Beans

I've been meaning to post this recipe. I made this for Thanksgiving (twice) and people raved about it! It's just different enough to mix up your typical green bean dish. No one passed these Arkansas Green Beans by!
NOTE: I use 1/2 the amount of sugar it calls for because even with that it's borderline too sweet.

I got them from AllRecipes.com.

Take a look. I REALLY recommend them.

Mississippi Sausage Balls

It wouldn't be a Country Cookin' Blog if I didn't start off with something "country." So let's start off with Mississippi Sausage Balls. It's very simple and very good!

I've seen a lot of sausage balls in my past that end up really hard and difficult to eat and to me, that's not an option.

Try these Mississippi Sausage Balls.

Ingredients:
2 Cups Bisquick
1 lb. Regular Pork Sausage (HOT if you are brave)
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Milk

1. Brown Sausage in a skillet and drain grease.
2. Combine Bisquick, Sausage, Cheese in a bowl and mix it up. Add in milk until everything forms a nice, sticky dough.
3. Form into 1 inch balls and space 2 inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
4. Cook on middle rack of oven for 13 minutes on 350 degrees F.
5. Serve straight out of the oven. Even good warmed up.
